Symbolism of Hanuman - for the Sadhaka
In Ramayana, Hanuman symbolizes and is portrayed as a role model for the sadhaka. Hanuman when He first meets Rama, it's the Glimpse of the Atman or God and he is inspired to undertake the works (Rama kariyam). He goes to Lanka in search of Sita (Sattva). During this process, He undergoes self-doubt and shoka especially when he searches for Sita in the wrong places and doesn't find. We do this all the time seeking happiness from the world (searching outside). He finds Sita and merges with Rama.

Enjoy the action
My pranams to the Almighty, Gurus and the scriptures.
You have the right only to act and not for the results. Action is predictable and results are not. The present moment is one's present. By enjoying the very action, you will be in the present moment. i am not saying anything new but trying to reinforce my conviction based on the knowledge received from the teachers and scriptures thru this blog. and possibly create a "Sat blog Sangh" where you can share your experiences.
It's very simple, if you focus your attention on the action, you will be in the present moment and stress free. If you focus your attention on the results on the other hand, anxiety and frustration is what you will get. It's easier said than done to enjoy the action and not expect the results. But by constant contemplation of this thought and by developing a sharp intellect, it's definitely possible.
Action is predictable and the results are not. So enjoy the action, be in the present moment and be happy!!!
